El Madroñal is an area that is located above the highway. It is between the village of Fañabe and the zone Torviscas Alto. This zone is divided into two parts:
San Eugenio Bajo – this is the part between the highway and the ocean. The port of Puerto Colcon is also located in this part.
San Eugenio Alto – the part above the highway. You will find here Siam Mall, and the two most famous water parks – Siam Park and Aqualand. This area offers beautiful views to La Gomera and the Atlantic ocean.
Playa Paraiso is an area that has been growing and gaining popularity in recent years. There is a small shopping center, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, bus transportation, everything you may need. The resort has a long beach promenade that connects it to Callao Salvaje.
The area offers residential complexes, some of them with a possible Vivienda Vacacional license, as well as various private villas. Some famous five-star hotels are also located here, such as the Hard Rock Hotel. They add extra glamor to the area and make the resort famous among tourists. That is why Playa Paraiso is a very good investment opportunity.

Troya beach, Playa Las Americas and CC Veronicas, known for its restaurants, are part of the municipality of Arona, which also includes the town of Los Cristianos. To the west, the area includes the small harbor Puerto Colon, the famous Playa Torviscas and Playa Fañabe, the luxury resort of Playa del Duque, the small fishing village, which is becoming an increasingly luxurious area – La Caleta, and as well the recently popular resorts of Playa Paraiso and Callao Salvaje.
